Breaking through the Enemies Fortress
Kata Bassai Dai - The Bassai or Patsai katas are believed to have been originated strictly for King Oyado Mari of the Ryu Kyu Islands (Okinawa) for his personal body guards. The katas were being taught by Kosaku Matsumora, Choki Motubo, Chotoku Kyan and Chosin Chibana. Bassai Dai was also known as Paisai Dai and Tawada no Paisai.

Cutting and Clawing through the Fire
Kata Dan Enn Sho - Represents 5 of the 12 Animal forms of the Hsing yi system. The movements of the Crane, Eagle, Hawk, Snake and Tiger. The kata movements were inherited from the Chinese Master, Li tsun Yi of the Hopei School. Master Robert A. Trias later restored the kata to its original form.

Advanced Tearing Peacock Form
Kata "Gopei Sho" - Gopei Sho was inherited from the Chinese movements of Master Li Tsun I, of the Hopei School, also called Goka Ta Ken, from which stems Okinawan Karate. Master Robert A. Trias later restored the kata to its present and original form.

Monastery Monk Advanced Breath Form
Shudo-So the nine animal breath form is an excellent exercise developed by Grandmaster Trias. The kata must be performed from the opposite side (Hantai no) in order to receive the full benefits of the kata.
The nine (9) animal forms of Shudo-So: Deer, Crane, Eagle, Tiger, Monkey, Leopard, Snake, Bear and the Dragon.
